July 8, 2021
Attendees: Tammy Keys, Michael Holloran, Scott Rector, Angela Pollard, Teresa Cagle, Heather Walters.

Meeting started at 5:10 pm
Michael announced that Stan Berkshire resigned.
Randy sent a vote to wait another year.
Michael suggested if we do it, we should just do one family worried about how much we can make in the wake of the pandemic year. He also announced that he will be gone for the first 2 weeks of September.
Angela asked if the officers were worried about playing and exposure and Scott said no, he also added that he thought it would help morale to play for one family. Heather, Teresa, and Angela agreed with Scott.
Michael said he needed to check with the athletic director at the school to see if we can use the field, and mentioned that in the mess of last year we missed a deadline for update paper work and we have incurred a $20 fee. He also shared that the CGN was checking in to see if we are doing the event this year, as well as Wasco Electric and we received a nomination via email from Lori Johnson without solicitation.
We decided we will go forward with 1 family, composed a write up notification to distribute via social media, radio and newspaper. The write up stated that we are taking nominations and set a deadline for those nominations of July 22.
