“I have been feeling pretty good. I went off chemo and steroids about 3months ago. I had a seizer  two days before my scheduled MRI. When I had my MRI they found spots on my brain, on the same side as the last tumor. I went back in a week later and have partaken in a clinical trials. The spots are still there and I will have another MRI in 2 months.”

On Friday February 5th, 2016 Tana wrote…

“I have had my ups and downs. I had an MRI last week. It looked good. Today is my last day of chemo. I am so excited! Now I believe I will have an MRI and check ups every three months. I want to say thank you to everyone and all their support. “

“Thank you for thinking about me. 🙂  I have been feeling pretty good 🙂

I have another tumor which is not good, but I’m still on chemo and monthly MRI’s. I’m just living life to the fullest. I went to the Philippines with Maria Hutchins for 2 weeks in January. I am sure it helped with the treatment and the long winter. I am staying positive and dealing with the challenges as positive as I can.”

After brain surgery and cancer treatment, I am only required to have an MRI every 3 months watching for brain tumors. I had one removed and 2 more grew back. With a lot of patience one went away and one shrunk .

To this day I have been managing a small tumor.
Considering I was diagnosed with stage 3 aplastic tumor with brain cancer 9 years ago I am doing good.

I am enjoying family and friends.

I still live in Goldendale and I still work at Fred Meyer in The Dalles

My mom, Harriet Leato, is in some of my pictures. She just passed away July 10th 2023 from lung  cancer at 81 years old. She was diagnosed in march. It took her fast. She is my angel
