Once again the football game was more of a defensive battle despite the 8-man open-field atmosphere. Both teams struggled to score in the first quarter which ended 0-0.  Washington Scored First on a run by Klickitat County Sheriff Deputy Quarterback Ross Guiney and added an extra point by Washington State Trooper Conor Schwilke making it 7-0.  The Dalles City Police Department’s newest officer, Joey Lick scored first for Oregon, but they missed their 2pt conversion making it 7-6 at the half.
