Organizational Meeting
Attendees: Michael Holloran, Jennifer Holloran, CJ Toole, Janet Scartozzi, Tammy Keys

Meeting Opened by Michael Holloran
We discussed using money from the bank account to pay the $55 filing fee for filing the paper work to become a 501 (c).
We discussed the Draft of the by laws of the PIG BOWL a not-for-profit corporation. Agreed upon making changes to Section 2 page 1 about the term limits. Set a time line for the annual meeting of no later than 6 weeks prior to the event, time and place to be determined. Had some question and agreed to get clarification about Article V miscellaneous paragraph about the term of the Board of directors. Michael, was assigned to take our changes and questions to the Lawyer to make the revised draft at such time, he and Tammy will sign the By-Laws and we will proceed with the filing.
