Pig Bowl Meeting Minutes
August 13, 2023
Recipient discussion meeting
Attendees: Tammy Keys, Michael Holloran, Scott Rector, Dave Rector
Meeting started at 1:00 pm and was Held at Bargeway Pub.
We discussed each of the nominated families and chose to play for 3 different families;
The Zistel Family, The Brown Family and The Dollarhide Family
Mike and Scott agreed to contact the families
Scott has a list of places who have donated in years past.
Since this is the 20th Pig Bowl it a discussion was held about doing something to include all past Pig Bowl recipients.
Hal Woods will not be available to handle the emergency services fire team, but he said that he would help us try and get someone else to handle it.
Confirmed date of this years Pig Bowl – September 23 date
