It’s Jessy Lyon, wanted to give you an update on how things have been going over the last 13 years.
Walking talking and still full of sass lol.
I graduated high school from Dufur in 2012 with a modified diploma and went back in 2013 to get my regular diploma. Attended CGCC to work on a business degree but that wasn’t for me.
I continued to work at Spooky’s for 12 years till 2018. When I moved to Texas for a very short time to spread my wings a bit. I moved back to Oregon couple months later and went to work at Freddie’s as a cashier then switched to Starbucks. Which I absolutely loved.
I had my beautiful daughter aurora in November 2019. I left Freddie’s when she started school so I could work at her school. I met my now amazing husband Michael in early 2021 and we got married in October of 2022.
We are expecting a baby boy Micheal in October. Things are definitely going a lot better than in 2010 and hopefully continue to keep going well in the days ahead. My family and I are continuously grateful for the amazing Dalles community that rallied behind us and supported us through a very challenging time.

I’d love to be able to make it to the Pig Bowl this year, but I’ll be 2 weeks from my current due date. Although that may change due to how big little dude is. We are currently living in Salem and The Dalles is a bit of a drive if he decides to come early.
