Mike Anderson Updates…
On April 5th, 2017 Mike Anderson Wrote…
“In February I had a reaction to the chemo and was unable to complete the regiment. It was ended two treatments short. They did a CT scan in early March to evaluate and possibly let me return to to work full time, but found that the cancer had moved into my right lung. Where it is currently located right next to my spine, it is considered unsafe to remove surgically; the chance of losing the lung or becoming paralyzed due to the proximity of the spinal nerves is too high. Therefore I started high doses of radiation last week in Portland and just finished today. I much prefer the radiation over the chemo, I just hope it worked. I am starting a different regiment of chemo on Monday. I am taking chemo pills daily as maintenance and then an IV chemo every three weeks. The Doctor allowed us to do a bucket list vacation so we are celebrating our 10 year anniversary in May. Heidi Chase and I are going to Hawaii before anything else pops up”.

Obituary for Michael Anderson
Michael Anderson passed away August 25, 2017 at Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital. Michael was born July 28, 1971. He was 46 years of age at the time of his passing.
